HairStyler AI (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Photos you upload or take within the app, including selfies used for hairstyle recommendations and try-on generation; onboarding responses, including gender, hair type, desired look, and reason for using the app; and usage data, including the number of generations used and subscription status.
How we use your photo
Your photo is sent to third-party AI providers, OpenAI and fal.ai, solely to generate hairstyle analysis and try-on results. It is stored via our CDN provider, Uploadcare, to enable this processing. We do not sell your photos or personal data to third parties.
Third-party services we use
OpenAI (face and style analysis), fal.ai (image generation), Uploadcare (photo storage and delivery), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (App Store payments).
Data retention
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our storage once your hairstyle results have been generated. Results and generated images may be retained to allow you to view your past looks within the app. You may request deletion of any remaining data at any time by contacting us at smohebi1577@gmail.com.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
Children
This app is not intended for users under 13, or the applicable regional age of digital consent.
Changes
We may update this policy; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of changes.
