By downloading or using HairStyler AI, you agree to these terms.
The service
HairStyler AI provides AI-generated hairstyle recommendations and virtual try-on previews based on photos you provide. Results are AI-generated approximations and not guarantees of real-world outcomes.
Subscriptions
HairStyler AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly plans) billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Each plan includes a limited number of AI generations per billing period as described at purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload photos of anyone without their consent, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
